Widows Sons Vertis Lodge

Good news the attempt to save a local lodge which was handing in its warrant, has now been approved by UGLE as change of name to Vertis Widows Sons Lodge.

The MW The Grand Master has acceded to the Dormer Lodge’s request that its name be changed from Dormer Lodge, No. 7294 to Widows Sons Vertis Lodge, No. 7294 with effect from 9th September, 2026.

The next meeting is not until Saturday 1st May 2027, which will be the 500th meeting of the Lodge. Anyone want to come along, you don't need to be a biker, or a member of Widows Sons, just a Mason and

you will be made most welcome to a very unusual lodge with a unique way of doing things - the link to the Meeting and the response form on the website https://vertislodge.org/event/installation-meeting-and-500th-lodge-meeting/
